The weekend!

well this weekend went OK Jon had work off for like the three days cause of Labor Day and it was ok. We were preparing for the storm that was coming on Sunday night, well it came and it was pretty scary but we are all ok and so are all our belongings. So on Monday morning we decided to wake up extra early and we were cranky most of the day, Jon made us both breakfast and everything was going ok it started raining and thundering again so I was going to head over to my mom's house decided to wait it out until it got better! IT was a GREAT idea, I was talking on the phone with my mom after my shower and proceeded to walk towards the front door when I say a tornado like right outside my window it was weird but totally exciting. We had the chance to paint a new dining room set that a friend of ours gave to us and we painted all weekend although Jon was not into much he still helped (he did one chair). We had a long and interesting weekend and it was a something to really learn from!
